UXSense

Billing, seats, and limits

UXSense has two products, priced separately, plus bundles. The full breakdown lives in Settings → Billing, which always shows the live meters behind these numbers.

Drift

What's a seat? A teammate whose pull request received a Drift check during the billing period. Nobody assigns seats; the invoice self-justifies — Settings → Billing lists exactly which GitHub authors were counted and how many PRs each had checked. Bots are never billed. If a 4th author's PR gets checked on the free plan, the check still runs — you just get a nudge.

Releases

Annual is 10× monthly everywhere (two months free).

Bundles

Both products together at a flat price: $279/mo (6 seats), $449/mo (20 seats), $999/mo (50 seats). Going over a bundle's seat allowance never bills automatically — you'll get a suggestion to move up a tier, and the decision stays yours.

Sessions and sampling

Free-tier recording is full-fidelity up to 5,000 sessions per month; beyond that, deterministic sampling keeps a representative share (your load map has converged by then — sampling doesn't change what UXSense knows, and the app shows a notice when it's active). Team soft-caps pull-ingest at 50,000 sessions/month.

What never gets gated
